Graduation Practice #1

Everyone trickled in this morning with a bit of a purple party hang over. We stayed pretty mellow.Sam and Eli drew waterfalls on the dry erase board while Ryan Casey made a parking garage with the large hallow blocks. In the doctor's office, Ashley took care of Ms. Rebecca who was sick from eating too much purple cake and Evan and Oliver and Lukas used a rubber band string to pull trucks across the rug.

During morning meeting we went around and said our favorite sweet food to eat. Then we talked about last night. Alexander liked the cupcakes the best and Ava said she thought everything looked "Pretty. Really pretty."

Then we played the prediction game with pretzles. Ms. Erica placed 5 in the jar and added some. Afterwards, Rebecca read Noisy Nora. During our short play time, Alex and Oliver made marks with animals in the play dough while Eli, Jake, Evan and Ryan worked on a birthday gift for Sam.

Today was our first graduation practice at Integral Yoga! Each class performed in the large room and sang loudly for all to hear. We plan to head there again tomorrow to perfect our performance!

When we returned it was pretty late and the Daisies had Show and Tell during lunch. Then they read Lukas's Show and Tell book. The Sunflowers also had Show and Tell during lunch. Then they read one new Frog and Toad story and all the children requested that Rebecca reread a Frog and Toad story that we read a two weeks ago.
